AHCCCS — Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System — is seeking an Audit Manager to lead the Quality Assurance Nurse Investigations Unit. Reporting to the Inspector General, you will guide investigations, ensure documentation quality, and support regulatory accountability.

The role requires RN licensure, extensive hospital and audit experience, and demonstrated leadership. A remote work option is available along with comprehensive benefits and a path to modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license and clinical expertise in utilization review.
• Five+ years in hospital settings; investigative or audit experience.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and oversight of the Quality Assurance Nurse Investigations Unit.
• Coordinate with Inspector General and leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Review Reports of Investigation and ensure accurate, well-documented findings.
• Negotiate overpayments, CMPs, settlements, and participate in ISC processes.
• Mentor staff and align activities with the OIG strategic plan.”],
