Qualifikationen

• BA degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Independent agency customer service experience preferred (P&C).
• Valid Property & Casualty License / Personal Lines a plus.
• Bilingual, Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.

Aufgaben

• Serve (and in some cases sell) P&C insurance face to face and via phone/online.
• Process changes to existing Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, etc.
• Nurture client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Conduct post-purchase reviews for renewals and onboarding.
• Daily checks of service matters including billing, retention, endorsements, and docs.
• Support dealership relationships by verifying evidence of insurance is received.
• Display integrity, professionalism, and outstanding customer experiences.
