Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales and customer service preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Outbound calling and proactive engagement with clients.
• Ability to balance sales activities with service responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct proactive policy reviews with existing clients to identify coverage gaps and needs.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products to current customers.
• Identify sales opportunities within the agency's existing book of business and follow up with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with policyholders to encourage retention.
• Assist customers with policy changes, coverage questions, renewals, and service requests.
• Educate clients on available insurance products and provide coverage recommendations.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and agency performance expectations.
• Maintain accurate client records and document interactions in agency management systems.
