Job summary

Index Exchange, a programmatic advertising leader, seeks a Manager, Account Management in the US. You will lead two Account Managers, steward major agency and marketer partnerships, and balance hands-on delivery with coaching and growth across the team.

You’ll build trusted relationships, deliver strategic insights on the IX platform, and drive revenue growth while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital media with programmatic advertising knowledge.
• 1–2 years of experience managing direct reports and coaching a team.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of two Account Managers with coaching and performance support.
• Own a portfolio of agency and marketer partnerships; deliver strategic guidance.
• Be the day-to-day contact for agency/brand partners and provide IX platform expertise.
• Provide data-driven insights to help clients solve challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
• Partner with business development to support new business and evangelize the IX brand.
• Collaborate with publisher teams to identify and secure new deal opportunities.
• Lead in ambiguous situations and model a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Forecast revenue growth and track delivery against targets and OKRs.
• Lead knowledge-shares to promote continuous learning.
