Job summary

Parts ASAP (formerly All States Ag Parts) is seeking an Ag Customer Development Representative to reconnect and grow our agricultural customer base. You will contact lapsed and high-value customers by phone and email, investigate why orders declined, resolve issues, and earn their business back from our office with targeted field travel.

You will analyze purchase histories, coordinate with service, purchasing and warehouse teams, and maintain accurate CRM notes to guide pricing and outreach

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years sales/account management in agriculture preferred.
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment and parts.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• CRM/ERP experience and data-driven outreach.
• Proven ability to rebuild relationships and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild relationships with lapsed and high-value customers.
• Work from office with travel to customers, dealers and farm shows.
• Review purchase history to tailor conversations and resolve issues.
• Record notes in CRM with outcomes and follow-ups.
• Generate new accounts via referrals and cold calling.
• Travel to farms, dealers and farm shows as needed.
