• Meet, greet, and welcome customers in a professional manner.
• Ensure customer expectations are met, including extraordinary efforts at meeting commitments.
• Inventory, restocking, and reordering parts; merchandising of parts.
• Communicate appropriately with all internal and external stakeholders, in person and remotely.
