CorTrust Bank seeks an Agricultural & Commercial Loan Officer to attract new business and deepen existing bank relationships within the community. You will build trusted connections and promote bank products/services while managing lending through the full cycle.

The role requires strong credit analysis, regulatory knowledge, and community engagement to support immediate and future financial needs of clients.

Formación

• Experience in banking, agricultural and financial services.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Strong credit analysis and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, cultivate, and grow commercial and agricultural loan activity.
• Develop business development programs to attract new customers in business and ag sectors.
• Oversee and manage all steps of the lending process.
• Perform financial analysis for credit decisions and present to credit committee.
