The role requires an AA and 3-5 years of related experience, plus strong communication and analytical skills. Travel to outlying branches may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (AA) required; three to five years of related experience and/or training.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to outlying branch areas as business needs dictate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.

Responsabilités

• Interviews and analyzes applicant information to determine options; advises customer of products.
• Analyzes applicant credit reports, background checks, reference checks, and other information pertinent to applicant evaluation.
• Negotiates loan structure, approves or denies loans up to authorized lending limit.
• Drafts and prepares loan agreements; responsible for closing and funding activities.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
