Job summary

A nonprofit organization in Miami is seeking a Youth Services Site Coordinator to supervise afterschool programs and enhance literacy instruction for children aged 6-12. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team. Additional responsibilities include managing participation records and conducting assessments. Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of literacy instruction/small group experience with children aged 4-18.
• Must agree to a fingerprinting and a Level 2 background check.
• Must submit to random drug testing.
• Must agree to attend staff development and training.
• Must sign an Affidavit of Good Moral Character.
• Must have never been convicted of a felony or related misdemeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and oversight of the program.
• Serve as primary point of contact for parents and families.
• Manage program records and participant registrations.
• Conduct classroom observations and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Provide literacy instruction and assess student progress.
