Job summary

The Boys & Girls Club of Worcester is seeking a part-time School Age Child Care Program Staff for the Kids Club at 180 Constitution Avenue, Worcester, MA. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 2 pm–6 pm, year-round, with summer break excluded.

This entry-level role supports engaging activities for youth ages 5–13 and ensures compliance with EEC regulations. Ideal candidates are at least 21, have reliable transportation, and are prepared to pass background checks and CORI.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old per EEC licensing.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred: One year experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with providing fun and engaging activities for children ages 5–13.
• Comply with EEC regulations.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and perform light cleaning.
• Be on your feet for up to 3 hours during shifts.
