Job summary

BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS OF THE NORTH VALLEY in Magalia, CA, seeks a Youth Development Professional for after-school hours. The role focuses on TK/Kinder sustainability, safety, and program delivery in core areas.

Responsibilities include supervising members, implementing activities, and collaborating with families. Requires First Aid/CPR, TB test, and background checks; invites development opportunities.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certification is required.
• TB test clearance.
• FBI/DOJ Live Scan and background check.
• County Assessment met (48 college units or degree).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop and implement programs.
• Maintain safety and appearance of the Club.
• Maintain program paperwork and grant documentation.
• Coordinate spontaneous recreational activities.
• Promote activities via boards, newsletters, flyers, and announcements.
• Assist in academic enrichment activities.
• Maintain recreation equipment and facilities; report needs.
• Collaborate with staff/parents to recognize members for good work and address issues.
• Provide direction for volunteers to boost participation.
• Deliver quality customer service to the public and visitors.
