YMCA of Greater Houston is looking for a dedicated Youth Development Leader in Richmond, Texas. You will oversee the afterschool program, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Responsibilities include managing site operations, supervising staff, and engaging with families.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, CPR certification, and a commitment to youth development. This part-time role requires flexible hours during school and camp seasons.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• CPR, First Aid, AED certifications required.
• Must pass background and fingerprinting checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations as a Texas Childcare Licensing Site Director.
• Ensure safety and monitor children’s activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents about child’s progress.
