YMCA of Greater Houston is seeking a dedicated Youth Development Leader in Spring, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience with youth, and relevant certifications. This role is part-time with a focus on development and enrichment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 70 clock hours of training in child development.
• 1 year experience working with youth at a licensed facility.
• Experience with diverse populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the afterschool program.
• Ensure safety and security of children and staff.
• Implement age-appropriate activities as per curriculum.
• Communicate regularly with parents about child progress.
