Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with youth at a licensed facility.
• Previous experience supervising others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and compliance as Site Director.
• Plan and implement activities focused on youth development.
• Engage parents in their child's progress and behavior.
