You will manage site operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote behavioral management techniques that foster a respectful environment. Experience in youth development is required.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with youth at a licensed facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate attendance and enrollment records.
