Job summary

YMCA of Greater Houston in Conroe is seeking a Youth Development Leader responsible for managing school-age enrichment programs and ensuring children's safety and well-being. This role includes supervising activities, maintaining compliance with Texas regulations, and engaging with parents and the community.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for youth development, relevant certifications, and previous experience in childcare. Must be available for part-time shifts on weekdays and occasionally on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with youth in a licensed facility.
• CPR, First Aid, and Child Abuse prevention certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Site Director for Texas Childcare Licensing compliance.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure a stimulating environment.
• Implement age-appropriate program activities.
