Job summary

YMCA of Greater Cleveland is hiring an Assistant Teacher to supervise children in licensed Before/After School Enrichment or Early Learning programs. The role emphasizes guiding behavior, implementing planned lessons, and upholding health and safety standards. CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days and being 18+ are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience with children preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children in licensed Before/After School or Early Learning programs.
