KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to join our team in Orlando, FL. You will lead, coach, and mentor teachers; implement our curriculum to meet each child’s needs; and create a safe, nurturing learning environment for active exploration.

You will collaborate with families, center staff, and leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement while upholding our high standards for early childhood education.

Qualifikationen

• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support center enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners
