Job summary

KinderCare Education welcomes dedicated teachers to join our Orlando team. You will lead and mentor colleagues, implement our curriculum with care for each child, and foster a warm, safe learning environment.

You’ll partner with families to support child development, collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals, and engage with licensing authorities and community partners to advance our mission.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Able to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, and speak English with families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in the classroom to meet each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children’s care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
