KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to lead, coach and mentor staff while delivering our curriculum and creating a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with families and center leadership to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; work with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
