KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to join our team in Orlando, FL. You will lead and mentor fellow teachers, deliver developmentally appropriate activities, and support families to ensure each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively with families and colleagues.
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum in line with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support each child’s development and learning.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.
