KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor staff, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing learning environment for children. You will partner with parents to deliver high-quality care and education, while supporting center goals around enrollment and accreditation.

The role requires CDA or NAEYC readiness, 2–3 years of early childhood experience, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills, plus ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds, indoors or outdoors.
• Must read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center’s success; work with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
