KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor staff, delivering our curriculum in a way that supports each child’s unique needs. You will create a safe, engaging environment and actively partner with families to ensure high-quality care and education.

The role requires strong customer service, potential CDA or NAEYC candidacy, CPR/First Aid readiness, and ability to lift 40 pounds. Join a mission-driven team nationwide.

Competenze

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer preferred.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• English reading, writing, speaking to communicate with children and parents.
