Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to lead, mentor, and deliver our curriculum in a supportive, nurturing classroom environment. You will partner with families to ensure children receive high-quality education and care, while supporting center goals around engagement and accreditation.

The role emphasizes strong communication with parents, teamwork with staff, and adherence to safety and licensing standards in a dynamic, community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations.
• Read, write, understand and speak English with families and children.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support their children’s care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and community partners.
