Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead and mentor in an early childhood classroom, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with families to support learning and development in collaboration with center staff and leadership.

You will work toward enrollment and accreditation goals while building positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multi-task.
• Possess or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent preferred.
• Strong English communication with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
