Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Part-Time Substitute Program Leader to oversee in-person learning with a group of 20-25 students. The role emphasizes safety, positive behavior, and engaging activities under CDC-aligned ratios.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, district units, and the ability to work 12:00 PM–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to support diverse learners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• District-specific: 48 sem/60 quarter units and/or pass a pre-employment test.
• Must pass Live Scan background check.
• Provide negative TB Test dated within the last 3 years.
• At least six months experience working with a group of 10+ students in a classroom, afterschool, or recreation environment.
• Must be available at least 3 days a week (Mon-Fri).
• Program start/end times roughly 12:00 PM–6:00 PM; times may vary.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of 20-25 students in an in-person setting, maintaining behavior and safety.
• Create an engaging environment fostering belonging.
• Provide homework assistance, enrichment, and physical activity.
• Assist with snack prep, setup, break down, and site maintenance.
• Maintain student safety with sign-in/sign-outs and communication with school staff.
