Job summary

Flipany is seeking a part-time Afterschool Site Director for Broward County, overseeing on-site operations during program hours and ensuring licensing compliance. The role serves as the credentialed director and works under the Senior Program Manager to support MOST afterschool programming. The position requires Level 2 background screening and an Active Director Credential, with 1–2 years in afterschool or summer camp settings.

Schedule runs 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Level 2 background screening required.
• Active Director Credential (DCF or equivalent) required.
• 1–2 years experience in afterschool or summer camp programs.
• Available to work 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. on program days through late Nov/early Dec 2026.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation on site during program hours.
• Serve as credentialed director on site and follow licensing requirements.
• Keep site compliance documents current and be present for inspections.
• Supervise and schedule site staff during program hours.
• Take and monitor daily attendance; enter data in required systems.
