Under the direction and guidance of the Regional Education Director and consistent with the mission and policies of the YMCS of southeastern NC, the Afterschool Site Coordinator is fully dedicated to the afterschool program site location, and they are responsible for the oversight of the Afterschool program in partnership with the collaborating school. The site director serves as the primary daily face to face contact for the school administration, faculty, parents, and guardians and helps establish the afterschool program at the assigned school. The Director must have the competencies, skills, and proven leadership ability to successfully carry out the YMCS mission, goals, and vision for serving the community. The Director will provide direction for the program and classroom, implement program curriculum, and provide.

This is a seasonal, part-time, hourly position paying $15.12 - $15.88/hour based on experience.
