Responsibilities

• Oversee children enrolled in afterschool activities
• Check and update student class rosters for each site
• Gather participating children and escort them to activity
• Direct instructors and participants to the correct classroom
• Collaborate with program coordinator, instructors and custodial staff to solve problems
• Ensure proper dismissal by matching participants with the correct adult or self-dismissal
• Report pickup-related issues to the office
• Check in with instructors at end of class for communications
• Submit accurate time sheets for weekly forecasting
• Learn and implement school emergency procedures
