Job summary

PLAE in Philadelphia is seeking a Site Coordinator for the Middle School OST program. The role oversees daily operations, logistics, and culture of the afterschool program for grades 6–8, with hours after school until 5:30 PM.

You will supervise staff and consultants, ensure program delivery aligned with literacy, SEL, mentorship, and sports, and collaborate with school leadership and families to foster a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• At least four years' experience with children/adolescents.
• Experience with School District of Philadelphia or grant-funded programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily OST program logistics and spaces.
• Supervise staff, schedule, and timesheets in Paycom.
• Coordinate curriculum and literacy/SEL activities.
• Maintain compliance with policies and reporting.
• Report attendance to the principal weekly.
