Job summary

Right At School is hiring a Program Manager in Kennewick, WA to lead a team of Educators, oversee daily operations, coaching staff, and ensure safety and licensing compliance while engaging families and school partners.

You'll schedule and manage before/after school shifts, plan enrichment activities, and resolve day-to-day issues, helping turn good programs into great ones and advancing your leadership career in education.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with children, including those with special needs.
• Strong oral, written, and visual communication with adults and children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Educators, providing coaching, feedback, and day-to-day guidance.
• Keep site documentation, licensing standards, and safety and attendance protocols up to date and compliant with state and company standards.
• Oversee daily check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate 'name to face' attendance records.
• Communicate regularly with families, school partners, and Area Manager, responding promptly to emails, calls, and inquiries during program hours.
• Plan and oversee daily enrichment curriculum, movement, team games, and independent activity stations delivered by your team.
• Address and resolve day-to-day issues or conflicts among staff, students, or families.
• Monitor the program environment for safety, addressing hazards and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Report incidents, injuries, or safety concerns promptly and maintain accurate documentation.
