Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Substitute Childcare Program Manager to oversee enrichment programs in partner schools and lead a focused team delivering our Disguised Learning curriculum. You will collaborate with school leaders to enhance student experiences, ensuring safety and engagement.

The role requires supervision experience and a passion for learning, with a Monday–Friday split shift (6:30–7:30 AM and 2:00–6:00 PM) and a pay range of $23.00–$25.00 per hour, DOE, plus benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Two years of direct experience working with children under 13
• One year of supervisory experience
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field
• Strong communication (oral, written, visual) with adults and children

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality enrichment programs using the Disguised Learning curriculum
• Develop and coach a team passionate about a safe, engaging environment
• Work with principals and school staff to enhance instructional experience
• Represent Right At School at local community events
• Maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork
