Think Together is seeking a Part-Time Program Leader to work in districts and school sites across California. The role involves leading in-person groups of 20-25 students, enforcing safety rules and core agreements, and serving as a positive role model.

You will provide homework help, enrichment, and activities, while coordinating with site staff and parents. Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED, required English proficiency, and Live Scan; a bi-literate Spanish skill is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• District-specific unit requirements or pass a pre-employment test.
• Ability to speak and write Standard English in a public-school setting.
• Live Scan background check required.
• TB test within last 3 years.
• Experience with groups of 10+ students.

Responsabilités

• Lead an in-person group of students with strong behavior and safety using core program agreements.
• Serve as a positive adult role model through dress, speech, and attitude.
• Create an engaging environment fostering belonging for students.
• Support positive behavior choices and apply disciplinary measures as needed.
• Identify student needs and communicate with Site Program Manager, teachers, school administration and parents.
• Participate in staff development.
• Provide homework help, academic enrichment and physical activity using provided curriculum.
• Work with 20-25 students in a classroom, applying management strategies.
• Assist with snack preparation, serving and cleanup.
• Assist in setup, break down, and maintenance to keep sites clean and orderly.
• Maintain student safety by taking roll and reviewing sign-in/sign-outs.
