Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston seeks a SACC Group Leader responsible for delivering engaging activities that promote development for children aged 6-12. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, CPR certification, and the ability to work flexible hours, including during summer camp.

The ideal candidate will provide supervision, mentorship, and participate in professional development opportunities while fostering a safe and inclusive environment. Competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• 6 months of related work experience required.
• Must be CPR / FA certified.
• Valid driver's license required if age 21+, and 7D license needed within six months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging activities for 6-12 year-olds.
• Serve as a role model for program participants.
• Supervise and maintain discipline.
• Ensure snacks are provided.
• Assist in maintenance of program areas.
