Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Utah County is seeking an Afterschool Site Coordinator to lead a program at a Provo Elementary Site or Spanish Fork Site. You will manage daily operations, ensure safety, foster an inclusive environment, and support academic success and healthy lifestyles.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with school staff and families, and responsible budget management to deliver high-quality programming for youth ages 5-18.

Qualifications

• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Certifications: CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
• Drive: Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Plan and oversee high-quality, culturally responsive youth development programs.
• Staff Mentorship: Recruit, train, and coach site staff and volunteers to maintain a 1:15 staffing ratio.
• Community Partnerships: Build relationships with school admins, teachers, and families to support student success.
• Operational Excellence: Manage site budgets, track attendance data, and run operations efficiently.
