Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive role model through dress, speech, and attitude.
• Create an engaging environment that fosters belonging for students.
• Support students in making positive behavior choices and communicate needs to site staff.
• Participate in staff development and collaborate with teachers and parents.
• Provide homework assistance and academic enrichment during in-person sessions.
