Job summary

Think Together is seeking a part-time Program Leader to work in California schools. In-person role responsibilities include leading groups of students, modeling positive behavior, and supporting academic activities with provided curriculum.

You will engage up to 20–25 students, emphasize safety and learning, and collaborate with site staff to ensure a nurturing environment and successful student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required for diverse student groups.
• Bi-lingual ability helpful for English learners.
• Strong math and English foundations for K–8.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students in-person, upholding behavior and safety.
• Serve as a positive adult role model for students.
• Create an engaging environment that fosters belonging.
• Support students in positive behavior choices and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate with site staff, teachers, and parents as appropriate.
• Provide homework help and academic enrichment during in-person sessions.
