Job summary

South Burlington School District's SBSD School's Out Program in Vermont seeks a Schools Out Assistant Site Director to assist the Site Director in planning, supervision, and programming for afterschool activities.

The role requires an Associate’s degree (or equivalent) with experience in program administration, plus First Aid/CPR certification and CPI training within the first year. The position is full‑time and pays hourly between $23.09 and $24.94.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; experience in program administration helpful.
• First Aid and CPR certification required; CPI training within first year.

Responsibilities

• Assists in daily operation of the afterschool program under the Site Director.
• Interact with students, staff, parents and community to foster a positive learning environment.
• Supervise students and monitor transitions and dismissal from activities.
• Coordinate monthly field trips and assist with staff training and enrollment procedures.
• Provide regular reports to the Site Director and assist with program administration.
