Responsibilities include recruiting and supervising mentors, coordinating matches, planning activities, maintaining logs and documentation, and supporting licensing inspections.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years experience in licensed school-age child care or OST programs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mentor-mentee matches and provide ongoing oversight.
• Recruit, screen, and train adult volunteer mentors per policies and licensing.
• Facilitate supervised mentor-mentee group activities and logs.
• Plan and facilitate structured afterschool and summer activities.
• Maintain staff-to-child ratios and active supervision.
• Follow safety procedures, incident reporting, and licensing docs.
