Job summary

Sticky Fingers Cooking, LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a part-time Kids Cooking Instructor for afterschool programs to inspire curiosity about food and healthy eating. You will lead hour-long enrichment classes on-site at locations in your area, engaging groups of 8-14 children and guiding hands-on cooking activities.

This position pays $60.00 per one-hour class plus food reimbursement. Availability of at least two days per week (Mon–Fri, 1–5 pm) and the ability to pass a background check

Qualifications

• Experience working with children of varying ages.
• Availability at least 2 days a week (Mon–Fri, 1–5 pm).
• Commitment to teaching full sessions (4–12 weeks).
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification (can obtain before teaching).
• Ability to manage and engage a group of 8–14 children.
• Background check required upon hire.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate with the team promptly.
• Punctual and reliable.
• No professional cooking experience required.
• Experience working in a classroom is a plus.

Responsibilities
