Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to join our before- and after-school programs, delivering fun, safe, and educational activities for students. You’ll help plan daily activities, support curriculum goals, and engage children with energetic, nurturing supervision.

The role supports a split shift (6:00–9:00 AM and 3:00–6:00 PM), up to 30 hours/week, with pay ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across staff.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and be physically active.
• Demonstrated drive to inspire learning and healthy living.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals and progress with the team.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities, fitness, and curriculum.
• Lead by example with safe, nurturing classroom management.
• Prioritize safety and joy; document attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
