Job summary

Right At School invites educators to join our before- and after-school programs. You will plan and lead structured activities, ensure a safe, enjoyable environment, and support student success across morning and afternoon shifts (6:30 AM–9:00 AM and 3:30 PM–6:00 PM).

Schedule may total up to 22.5 hours weekly, with pay ranging from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour based on education and experience. The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift 25 lbs, and strong

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13
• Ability to lift 25lbs
• Strong customer service and teamwork
• Must meet state-specific requirements (Virginia)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and curriculum aligned with program goals
• Ensure a safe, nurturing environment and supervise children
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and school personnel
