Almost Family Oregon is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with clients aged 3-17, mainly in the afternoons on weekdays and weekends. You will provide attendant and relief care, help with ADLs, and support community engagement.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 1+ year supporting someone with I/DD (professionally or personally).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide attendant care and relief care for clients aged 3-17.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Engage clients in community activities and maintain documentation.
