Job summary

Easter Seals is seeking an After School Care Provider in Georgia to create a safe, engaging environment for school-age children after school. You will supervise, help with homework, and lead age-appropriate activities while ensuring compliance with DECAL rules.

The role requires 18+ and a high school diploma; CDA/related coursework is preferred. Part-time hours 2PM–5:30PM, with a focus on warmth, reliability, and clear parent communication.

Qualifications

• Must supervise children actively in all areas following safety standards.
• Assist with homework and enrichment activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate attendance and follow pickup procedures.
• Complete necessary documentation and communicate with parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide active supervision of children in all areas.
• Implement developmentally appropriate activities promoting growth.
• Serve snacks per CACFP and program policies.
• Report injuries or incidents to supervisor promptly.
• Attend staff meetings and required trainings.
