Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; CDA or Associate's Degree preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience with children in licensed setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to complete upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily after-school activities and ensure safety and engagement.
• Provide operational direction and scheduling to staff to maintain child-to-staff ratios.
• Maintain attendance, incident reports, and program documentation accurately.
• Communicate with Center Manager on staffing, safety, and policy concerns.
• Assist with licensing compliance and emergency preparedness activities.
