You will develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism, collaborate with families, and provide hands-on clinical support during sessions. Our collaborative team offers robust clinical support and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and eligibility to practice.
• Experience with applied behavior analysis and data-driven treatment.
• Ability to work a 3–7 pm schedule on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Collaborate with families to discuss results and treatment recommendations.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians.
• Provide hands-on clinical support during sessions.
• Advocate for clients and communicate with the care team.
