Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Maryland is seeking a BCBA for an afterschool schedule (3–7 pm). This salaried, part-time role offers stability with 12–15 billable hours weekly, onsite 3–5 days per week. Enjoy reduced hours without sacrificing salary predictability and strong clinical support to focus on quality care.

You will develop and supervise interventions for children with autism, partner with families, and help the team advance outcomes with hands-on clinical support.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be in good standing.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians.
• Ability to work 3–7 pm schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted, individualized interventions that improve the lives of children with autism
• Celebrate alongside your clients as they develop positive behaviors, build new skills and reach meaningful milestones
• Partner with families through caring, thoughtful conversations about assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Advocate for your clients by proactively identifying potential concerns and communicating with the appropriate members of the care team
• Share your expertise through direct supervision, support, training and orientation of our growing team of Behavior Technicians
• Provide hands-on clinical support while keeping pace with the children we serve
