Job summary

Rebound Therapies is seeking afterschool care staff in St. Joseph, MI to provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism and related needs. You will travel to client homes and community settings, delivering personalized treatment plans and tracking progress with families.

Competitive pay starting at $20/hour with bonuses and opportunities for growth, including training and supervisory tracks. Flexible scheduling between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
• Provide one‑on‑one therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and celebrate achievements with families.
• Travel to client homes and community settings (with reimbursed drive time).
• Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals.
