Job summary

Rebound Therapies in Midland, MI is seeking afterschool care staff to support children with autism and related needs from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You will provide one-on-one therapy and travel to client homes as needed, following individualized treatment plans.

Starting pay is $20/hour with bonuses, paid training, PTO, and opportunities for career growth into supervisory and clinical leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability and local travel.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and celebrate achievements with families.
• Travel to client homes and community settings (with reimbursed drive time).
• Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals.
