Job summary

Rebound Therapies is seeking after-school care staff to support children with autism in Midland, MI. You will provide one-on-one therapy and track progress with families, working 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

No prior ABA experience is required; paid training is provided, with opportunities for bonuses and career growth. Travel to client homes is included with reimbursed drive time, and a collaborative team environment supports your development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and celebrate achievements with families.
